Refund policy

Last updated: November 2026

We want the tool to work in your classroom.

If it doesn't work on your computers

Email us within 14 days of buying. We'll try to help you get it running. If we can't, we'll refund you in full.

Other refunds

Because you get the full product as soon as you download it, we don't refund change-of-mind purchases. If something seems wrong with your order, just ask — we'll make it right.

How to ask

Email help@alchemistclassroom.com with your order number and what's happening.
